100 - EXPLORERS: Overview of 4wd fundamentals, including prep, line choice and basic recovery.
101 - DESERT 4WD: Desert-specific 4wd fundamentals
102 - 4WD RECOVERY: Fundamentals of getting unstuck from analysis to basic gear and use.
103 - INTRO TO DUNES: Fundamentals of driving, recovery and navigating sand dunes.

201 - INTERMEDIATE 4WD: 4wd prep, line choice and basic recovery in intermediate terrain difficulty. [Prerequisite: 100 or previous exp]
202 - INTERMEDIATE WINCHING: Deep dive into assessing and performing recoveries with a winch [Prerequisite: 102 or previous exp]
203 - INTERMEDIATE DUNE: Advanced techniques in driving, recovery and navigating sand dunes [Prerequisite: 100, 101, 103, or previous exp]
204 - TRAIL GUIDING: Introduce and develop your skills to be an effective trail guide [Prerequisite: 100 or previous exp]
210 - THREE DAY 4WD TRAINING: Multiday training course to develop vehicle & recovery skills [Prerequisite: 100, 101 or previous exp]

302 - ADVANCED 4WD RECOVERY: Complex facets of getting unstuck from analysis to gear and diverse uses. [Prerequisite: 202]
303 - ADVANCED DUNE & RECOVERY: Advanced techniques in driving, recovery and navigating sand dunes [Prerequisite: 203]
304 - TRAIL GUIDING: Real world practice leading students on trail ride [Prerequisite: 100 or previous exp]
310 - RUBICON TRAIL TRIP: Guided multiday adventure on the famous Rubicon Trail [Prerequisite: Barlow training and/or previous exp]

400 - TRAIN THE TRAINER: Identify and practice key skills to teach and lead others in 4wd recreation

[Prerequisite: Barlow course assistant, invite only]501 - PRO GUIDE SCHOOL: Train to lead organized/commercial trips into the backcountry, and back out.
