Work on your technical rock crawling with this advanced course for experienced drivers. This is an excellent progression from Barlow’s 100- and 200-level courses. Tackle increasingly challenging 4WD driving techniques, master trail etiquette, and refine recovery procedures across a variety of terrains and obstacles. You’ll hone your ability to read terrain and obstacles, and anticipate your vehicle’s responses in demanding situations. This course is the perfect preparation for conquering legendary trails like the Rubicon Trail.

Accommodations: Camp or stay at a hotel in Moab

Requirements: 

  • Participants must be 18 or older. No pets. 
  • Vehicles must be non-stock 4x4 rigs with 35” or taller tires. Working full-size spare tire, recovery points front and rear, rock sliders, and a traction device recommended. Factory skid plates are okay. No low-hanging side steps, roof-top tents, bike racks, etc.
